This webinar is for individuals working in rural areas with an interest in housing development, but possessing minimal experience in this field. In this 90-minute webinar, you will have an opportunity to learn about different strategies for funding various types of housing projects, uses for different funding sources, and how funding is layered to make a project possible. You will also learn about some of the means and tools for determining project funding needs. There will be a heavy emphasis on presenting tangible examples of various project types in rural locations, and the mix of funding that can make them work.
