Peer-to-Peer Program
Back by popular demand and made possible by funds granted by Huntington Bank, OCDCA is launching another cycle of the Peer-to-peer training and technical assistance (TA) program. Members can apply here as a TA recipients and/or providers and OCDCA will coordinate and convene strategic pairings of these organizations. This includes making introductions, conducting orientations, facilitating TA provision instruction, providing administrative assistance and oversight, collaborating with goal-setting, and providing financial resources through time and travel stipends.
Timeline
Applications open: October 21st, 2024.

Application close: November 25th, 2024, at 5PM
Internal review and match period: December
The Ohio CDC Association may request virtual interviews from applicants during this time
Awards announced: January 6th
Program runs: February 4th, 2025 – September 8th, 2025
Note: This program is open to voting members in good standing and requires a commitment of 40 hours of TA between each pair over a period of 8 months.
The organization providing the technical assistance will be paid a consultant fee of $5,500 for their time. The organization receiving the technical assistance will be provided with a stipend of $1,500.
