Manager of Economic Inclusion
The Manager of Economic Inclusion is responsible for the management and growth of OCDCA’s economic inclusion programs. These programs provide funding and technical assistance to OCDCA member organizations who work to build wealth for their low- and moderate-income clients.
Ohio CDC Association operates as an intermediary for state and federal programs where funds are passed on to member organizations along with technical assistance. Members use the funds to run their own programs that help low- and moderate-income people start a business or purchase a home while also learning good financial habits and growing their savings. Current programs have sites across Ohio and focus on low-income entrepreneurs and homebuyers, as well as immigrants and refugees. These programs are a crucial component of OCDCA’s work, both in their ability to improve the lives of low-income people and in the capacity building of the member organizations that administer them. The Manager of Economic Inclusion will be tasked with ensuring these programs meet their goals, with an eye toward deepening their impact on Ohio’s communities.
