OCDCA is advocating to the state for community development resources, but this is an huge opportunity for members to advocate to their local government for relief and recovery funding.
Fund can be used to:
Cover costs incurred by the local government prior to December 31, 2024
Respond to the public health emergency
Provide assistance to households, small businesses, and nonprofits
Provide to the tourism, travel, and hospitality industries
Provide government services in the instance of lost revenue
Invest in water, sewer, or broadband infrastructure
Please join OCDCA’s Nate Coffman and Greater Ohio Policy Center’s Jason Warner for a quick call on what this all means.
We'll share any updates we know about state or local ARPA funding and use this time to come together quickly as a network.
This is a huge opportunity for recovery funding that make a real impact in communities across the state, and we want to make sure that community development organizations are top of mind during this time.
Note, this Zoom call has a max capacity of 100, so space is limited. The recording will be posted on the OCDCA website and shared with members within 24 hours.
